Service

Relively restores and colorizes photos you upload using automated AI. Results are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee a specific outcome for every image.

Purchases & credits

• One-time credit packs are charged via our Merchant of Record, Creem.
• Credits are consumed per successfully restored photo.
• The optional Vault membership is billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled anytime.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a restored photo, request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual imagery. We may refuse service that violates these terms.
